Tinted interior and exterior paints, stains and primers, as well as all paint color samples, 4" x 8"color swatches, fan decks, Peel & Stick color samples and exterior stain samples are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note that on-screen and printer color representations may vary from actual paint colors, and we cannot honor returns or exchanges for digitally misinterpreted colors.

Please note that all Samplize Peel & Stick samples, fan decks, and tinted paint orders are final and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for a new color, unless your item was lost in transit or arrived damaged and/or incorrect. Unused, non-tinted paint, stain or primer or unopened merchandise that was picked up at the store location can be returned to the same location the merchandise was purchased.

If you have a question regarding a return or refund or are not satisfied with your order from the Color Coders & Decor, please email info@colorcoders.ca or call our locations you purchased it from. Inquiries must be made within 90 days of your original purchase date; no refunds will be issued after 90 days from purchase date. Most refunds are processed within three business days from the refund request date. For issues with orders shipped to you, please contact us directly to notify us of any concerns as the carrier may not advise us of any orders refused or accepted in damaged condition.
